Employment: Full Time

Up to AED 30k per month + Annual Benefits

One the GCC’s largest FMCG Company with multiple activities in food industries, are looking to recruit a highly qualified and experienced CUSTOMER SERVICE MANAGER with extensive exposure in FMCG Manufacturing sector.

Job Overview:

• Accountable for managing poor performance, tracking and communicating deployment plans, resource requirements and leading, training, coaching, motivating and rewarding team members.
• Accountable for ensuring proper execution of work processes by team members. Understanding the metrics that deliver service performance and the variables that require improvement.
• Provide first line handling of order enquires within MENA region.
• Oversee the Sales order validation and creation as per the company processes, policies and lead times
• Oversee order fulfilment activities performed by the Customer Service executives to ensure that all orders are being communicated to production planner and procurement teams to enable packaging material purchases and production
• Oversee the documentation process to ensure that the documentation officers create all necessary documents to allow on time dispatch as per approved Customer Cut off dates
• Monitor order flow, liaison with sales, marketing and finance departments to provide order back-up and information feedback to ensure timely delivery of products and services.
• Lead complex and cross functional projects as required. Priorities projects in support of the Business and Customer Service Strategy.
• Assess needs of the organization and act to improve alignment to the business strategies while improving customer satisfaction.
• Assist in the implementation of a CRM system to manage customer communications and complains.

Requirements

Skills and Qualifications:

• Must have minimum 10 years’ stable experience in Customer Service and Supply Chain management function.
• Must have a University Degree in any Engineering discipline.
• Must have exposure in FMCG Manufacturing with Multinational background.
• Previous experience with CRM system will be a plus
• Must have effective working knowledge of the business and functional strategy and translate for the needs of Customer Service.
• Demonstrate business acumen and strategy implementation.
• Must possess a strong personality, leadership and communication skills.
