The RoleThe Role20k per month plus family status An excellent position has arisen for a Customer Service Manager - Major Accounts for a MNC Freight organisation in Dubai Reporting to the Operations Director you will be responsible for the following managing the call centre people who manage the key accounts for the company • Coach Customer Service Representatives on the application of Voice of the Customer principles. • Communicate and monitor clear individual performance objectives and service standards. • To lead, motivate and empower the staff through effective & open communication, excellent leadership, regular performance feedback and teambuilding in order to maximise customer satisfaction, employee satisfaction and team productivity. RequirementsRequirements• Three years experience in the contact centre environment. • One-year experience as a Supervisor/Team Leader in the contact centre environment. • Experience in communicating with staff from different cultures and/or countries. Freight, Transportation, Logistics Customer Service experience |
