Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

Our client are seeking an Assistant Manager who has extensive experience in development and implementation of strategy to ensure that the customer experience is second to none. You will be expected to work to strict deadlines along with having the ability to improve KPI's such as footfall/customer spend.

Requirements

To be suitable for this role you will need to be bi-lingual Arabic/English, be the holder of a degree or MBA from a reputable university and have well established communication and interpersonal skills. You will have at least 10 years of Customer Service Management experience within the retail Sector.
