Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

To provide supervision, training and support to our Move Managers (Export & Import) in order to optimize and complement their field of activity.

To ensure UAE Move Management department gives full support and assistance to Sales and Operations departments and works hand in hand with all Departments to give the customer superior service delivery at all times.

To help maintain ISO quality certification and to ensure that processes needed for the quality management system are established, implemented, adhered and maintained.

To help maintain and control Global COM errors in accordance with company and regional guidelines.

To ensure that UAE destination and origin scores are kept higher that the global average and/or to the standard set by regional office-whichever is the higher.

To manage and develop the customer service function, andto effectively deal with service issues/complaints, escalating in accordance with ISO requirements, at all times projecting a professional image and maintaining cordial relations.

Requirements

University qualifications : Holding university degree in relevant field

Previous experience : preferably 8 years experience

Knowledge of ISO Quality Certification
