Employment: Full Time

Looking for a Customer Service Manager for a leading multinational company in Dubai.

Managerial and Coordination Requirements:

- Lead, manage, guide and develop the Customer Service, Technical Support and Contract
- Establishes metrics, method of measurement and reporting for CS/Estimation team to constantly challenge and improve customer satisfaction.
- Continually monitors order and sales volumes by region to determine efficient resource allocation and adjusts accordingly so that “Best Customer Experience commitments are met.
- Establish strong relationship with Pre-sales, Sales and Operations to establish seamless processes that ensures smooth and hassle free experience for the customer
- Build and develop customer excellence teams
- Principle responsibility for Implementing CRM tool across the region
- Direct and Implement Customer Focus initiatives
- Analyse and report on all customer service activities

Requirements

Knowledge and Experience
• Bachelor’s degree holder
• Masters in Management preferred
• Proven track record of business leadership
• Experience in establishing and streamlining processes
• Proven track record of exemplary service delivery
• Experience in remote leadership
Candidate with engineering industry or customer service related industry are preferred.
