Employment: Full Time

A leading household removal company are seeking to recruit a Customer Service Manager to lead a team of CS Consultants and delivery outstanding customer service to their consumers.

- Lead and manage a small team, leading by example and coaching & developing best practice service
- Handle large customer accounts and deal with any queries or complaints
- Follow up on complaints and resolve outstanding issues
- Liaise with other international hubs to ensure customer process is satisfactory

Requirements

- Have a background in customer household removals and/or mobility services.
- You will have led a team and been involved with coaching and development
- You must be able to drive and native English speakers are desirable
- Candidates looking to relocate into the region can be considered
