Total Lubricants, one of the many arms of Total is looking for a talented Customer Service Manager. The first challenge will be to understand, meet and exceed customer requirements. This is an excellent opportunity to be part of a rapidly growing region where the challenges are endless.

Role:

•Managing a team of 7, located in the UAE you will be looking after both domestic and export markets for their lubricants division.
•Control, coordinate and process customer orders and manage the day to day relationship with logistics to ensure customer expectations are met.
•Facilitate the validity of alternatives and raising issues to management in order to facilitate and support business unit customer service levels.
•Develop and implement Customer Service KPIs into the business including Invoice Accuracy and Complaints Management.
•Develop and maintain a positive, collaborative working relationship with customer base, co-workers and peers.

Requirements

Experience:

•Applicants must have proven experience within a customer orientated supply chain environment.
•Fluent in Arabic and English a MUST with French a distinct advantage.
•Experience in GCC countries is preferred.
•Degree educated or equivalent necessary.
•Applicants need to have excellent communication skills written and oral, and also calm/pragmatic approach to problem solving.
•Good excel skills required together with experience of ERP systems desirable.
