Requirements

They are seeking a customer service professional to join the senior management team as a Customer Service Manager to lead and coach a team of 20 employees.

They are looking for someone who is good in building processes and setting up KPI's, an expert in customer service excellence with experience in the KSA region. They also must having an excellent understanding of customer's logistics processes, claims management and corrective issue resolution.
