Job description / Role
Main responsibilities are:
1. Broker management - manage 62 brokers in UAE for new business/renewal follow ups, clarifications and queries 2. Auto quotes for Direct clients via Minet.
3. Issue endorsements - extension / cancellations etc. for the direct client and Brokers
4. Issue no claims letter.
5. Assist walk-in clients at the branch.
6. Checking of documents received from the broker to ensure compliance is adhered.
7. SOA Reconciliation with F&A.
8. Coordination with IT for system related issues.
9. UAT Minet testing.
10. Checking document.
11. Reconciliation for AAA
12. Issuing endorsements and amendments for the policies issued through Call Center from DATA Direct
13. Currently supporting FGB one day per week on their premises to stay as replacement in order to issue policies / endorsement
Requirements
2 years experience in a similar role
Language proficiency in Arabic and English.
