The RoleThe RoleA Customer Service Officer (Facilities Management) is required by an International Contractor for an iconic and prestigious Mixed Use Community in Abu Dhabi. Our Client is an international Company with over 700 projects, generating more than US$ 50 Billion and with more than 3,000 employees all around the Globe. Reputable provider of world ‘V class Engineering, Infrastructure and Facilities Services, capable to undertake a wide range of challenging projects. Responsibilities: Directly reporting into the Customer Service Manager and responsible to provide an excellent service by managing properly any Client requests; Ensure the effective delivery of Help Desk function; Liaising with the Sub Contractors and external service providers at various sites to ensure the client requests are processed efficiently. |
RequirementsRequirements Higher School Certificate, Facilities Management Diploma is preferred Fluent in English and Arabic and/or Hindi Previous experience in a similar customer service role within a Facilities Management company Ability to manage relationship with Service Contractors and Clients; Knowledge of CMMS Systems Experience in UAE market and based in Dubai or Abu Dhabi Please note that this is a shift based full time position, the Help Desk is operation 24/7.
