The RoleThe RoleCustomer Service Officer for QATARIS ONLY Ensure reliability of service to customers, in terms of all community services on TPQ, in order to meet customer expectations in terms of service quality Man the customer service stations and implement all customer service strategies on a shift basis. Respond to internal & external customer inquiries and complaints in the appropriate timescales in order to meet and exceed customer expectations and contractual agreements Liaise with the marketing team on all activities related to customer satisfaction. Meet and greet local or international visitors and lead tour groups around the applicable precincts. Follow necessary system driven and paper based procedures ensuring the necessary follow-up administration to any customer interaction is completed satisfactorily. Create, update and maintain relevant customer records ensuring that data is recorded appropriately |
RequirementsRequirements Previous experience in Customer Service B.Sc. in a related discipline Bilingual English/Arabic Other languages would be an advantage Presentation skills Customer service skills Good Communication and interpersonal skills Commercially focused |
