Job description / Role
Ensure the smooth functioning of the Customer Service Booth and Information Desk in the Shopping Mall and assist in the overall Customer Service Program for the centre, under the guidance of the Customer Service Coordinator

Requirements
Experience Hotel or Customer Service Experience mandatory (A Person who enjoys talking to people)
Russian/ Chinese - Fluent
English - Fluent
Education Qualification- Minimum Higher secondary/ Hotel or Tourism Degree (original attested from the UAE consulate in the country of Origin)
Residence Visa Has completed 2 years as per UAE labour law. Has no labour ban.
