Responsibilities:

• Data management - item creation, item deactivation, manual tracking and monthly internal communication.
• Factory Promise Date tracking and log-in with weekly communication indicating estimated availability and goods in transit (GIT) items.
• Availability report for weekly regular communication.
• Process improvement project handling (with local IT Team and Europe / USA) and starting enhancement initiatives.
• Back-up activities for inbound and outbound responsibilities, along with SAGE (Secure Administration Gateway Environment) for Combisafe business.
• Creating, tracking and finalizing distributor agreements, preparing distributor Certificates.
• Liaising with Marketing Communications in order to provide customers with Honeywell communication to answer special requests on lead time, quality, branding and changes in specs.
• Internal reporting to maximize revenue and expedite sales, along with providing data for weekly estimate submission.
• Liaising with Credit Control (weekly) to eliminate outstanding payments, overdues and exceeded credit limits.
• Support Credit control with collections.
• Internal weekly reporting to Customer Service Manager & Business Leader

Requirements

Qualifications

• Degree standard education preferably in Business Studies with some international focus
• Minimum 3 years experience within a sales order processing/customer service environment preferably with an international company bringing products into the region.
• Experience of logistics, export/import regulations & documentation, LC’s & related documentation in a corporate environment.
• High competence in standard MS Office applications including Word, Excel and PowerPoint
• Advanced XLS skills are preferable with PIVOT Table & Functions (VLook-up knowledge).
• Competent use of e-mail and the Internet.
• Experience of Oracle / SAP preferred.
• Good command of English (both written and verbal). Arabic & French is an advantage.
• Professional attitude and approach, strong work ethic, pro-active team member, prepared to learn.
• Highly customer focused with a strong “can do” attitude.
