Employment: Full Time

Customer Service Officer

Ensure the smooth functioning of the Customer Service Booth and Information Desk and assist in the overall Customer Service Excellence Program for the centre, under the guidance of the Customer Service Manager.

Interviews will be conducted on the 20th of October in Dubai.

Location will be shared with shortlisted candidates one week prior to the interviews.

Requirements

Skills/Knowledge Required:
- Excellent communication skills in English; knowledge of foreign languages is an advantage
- Energetic and enthusiastic personality
- Highly customer service oriented
- Flexibility to work in shifts
- Good sales and accounting/cash handling/POS skills

Physical Requirements:
- Excellent personal presentation

Grooming:
All colleagues must maintain a neat, and well groomed appearance (specific standards will be provided)

Qualification Standards:
Education: Completed secondary school education or equivalent Hotel-related education

Experience:
Minimum of Three years experience in the Front office department of a five star hotel (United Arab Emirates or the Middle east) / Cabin crew in an International Airline - MUST.
