Customer Service Officer

Job description / Role

- Interacts with clients and providing them proper information concerning the products and the services offered by a certain bank
- Understands the client's problems and of resolving their complaints
- Handles common complaints and questions, but when it is necessary, they may provide support concerning the clients' particular complaints
- Advises the customers what service or product would be appropriate for their requirements
- Updates and changes to a client's account or profile concerning their information
- Updates the transactions and keep a database of the customers' information
- Opens deposit accounts for bank clients
- Interviews the clients in order to obtain their financial information and of explaining the services available within the bank
- Provides help to the clients so that these ones resolve their account problems
- Helps the clients to complete credit applications
- Investigates account errors
- Presents the finances received from clients to a bank teller for deposit and of obtaining proofs of payment from the customers
- Executes wire transfers of funds when necessary

Requirements

- ONLY UAE NATIONALS with family book or marsoom
- Over 6 months experience in Customer Service
- Acquire a high school diploma
- Strong English and Arabic communication skills
- Knowledge to handle a wide variety of situations with a customer
- Basic computer skills
