The RoleThe RoleA leading organization is looking for a Customer Service Officer reporting to the Sales Effectiveness & Logistics Manager based in Riyadh – Saudi Arabia Key Responsibilities Receive orders and input them in SAP R3 or other relevant CPH logistics systems, and control correctness of placed orders vs. received order from external customers Update orders with all relevant data re packing material, cliché, cartons, labels etc. Monitor progress of orders placed through the production pipeline Maintain regular contact with production planning, quality assurance, regulatory affairs, shipping, logistics support, purchase and other internal departments to assure optimal delivery performance Establish, maintain and update customer sheets for all customers in markets Perform invoice and documents control in compliance with customer sheets Control bank documents Issue Debit/Credit notes, Pro-forma invoices when required Update and monitor our stock levels in Saudi to take appropriate actions. Follow up with local sponsor regarding the SFDA approvals, tender orders and transfer of goods between sponsor branches Coordinate with related parties to approve and calculate the monthly FOC-Samples-Expiry quantities. Upload the monthly sales reports on the BWH based on the agents' reports. MUST BE BASED IN KSA |
RequirementsRequirementsRelevant university degree Fluent in written/spoken English 3+ years experience in a similar position Excellent command of MS Office especially Excel SAP knowledge Qualified candidates are expected to demonstrate the following competencies; Lives the values Applies Business Understanding Business Planning & Monitoring Drives Continuous Improvement Secures Follow up & Results Strong Communication and Negotiation skills One should be based in Riyadh- Saudi Arabia SALARY UP TO 18000SAR (total package) |
