A world renowned brand in the Middle East is looking to recruit a Customer Service Operations Supervisor to join their existing team.

This is an excellent opportunity to join a business based in Dubai with an enviable reputation. You will come from an automotive background and possess a Degree in Business Administration, business management or Engineering

The key purpose of this role is to Contribute to the overall department objective of driving the improvement of the level of Customer Service within the network by managing the Dealer Performance Programs, highlighting areas of concern and supporting with the implementation of Customer Service Operations programs and initiatives.

• Supervise the Call centre Operation while ensuring time efficiency and quality of fieldwork operation and processes for Sales and Aftersales surveys as well as successful reporting of results onto online portal.
• Support Dealers and staff on CSS online tool access and usage issues and inquiries related to Aftersales divisions
• Coordinate Regional Training through continuously maintaining the yearly training programs on the online training tool, supporting the dealers on inquiries and ensuring all training administrative requirements are attended to (Dealer travel and accommodation approval of bookings, catering and related invoicing).
• Maintaining and further development of the training tool as required. Reporting of training attendance, feedback and qualification path progress to the brands as required.
• Rollout, maintain and support dealers on the GTO (Group Training Online), as well coordinate content requirements.
• Supervise the Customer Care representative for the effective and efficient resolution of all customer cases until resolution, escalate to Customer Service Operation Manager when required.
• Advise on training needs and ensure the submission and communication of related reports in a timely manner to the brands.
• Manage Dealer Performance measurement programs (e.g. LiS workshop test and Repeat Repair Database) while ensuring timelines and deliverables are met as per defined scope of services and as per the scope of services agreed.
• Support the Customer Service Operations manager in the identification and the implementation of programs aiming at improving the level of Customer Satisfaction

Requirements

To be considered for this role:

• Understanding of the Automotive industry
• Fluent in English and Arabic
• Computer Literate
• Degree in Business Administration, business management or Engineering
• Experience at an automotive retailer, supplier or importer in customer relations, market research or service management
