Customer Service Representative (X2) - Al Futtaim Logistics - Dubai, UAE

We are currently looking to recruit two Customer Service Representative to ensure that daily customer requirements are managed and planned for.

The key responsibilities are as follows:
- Inbound and Outbound systems functionality - GR & GI accuracy
- Inbound and Outbound documentation - ensuring the accuracy of customs documentations
- Reporting - accurately updating all of the internal reports in a timely manner
- Customer Service - increasing customers confidence
- Inventory Controls - PI counts & subsequent systems transaction

Requirements

- Holder of a Diploma or University Degree
- At least 2-3 years of experience in a Customer Service role in a Logistics Company
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Good English communication skills (both written and oral)
- Be prepared to work in shifts or with additional hours, depending on the customers requirements
- Ability to work well within a team
- An enthusiastic, flexible and positive attitude towards providing an excellent service to our customers
- Excellent telephone etiquette
- Working knowledge of MS office, especially excel and any WMS system
