The Role


Customer Service Representative – Electronics Service Centre (Kuwaiti National)

Provide quality customer service to commercial and individual customers;
Ensure all key accounts are handled professionally;
Ensure job cards are costed and completed within the agreed time frame;
Ensure that all enquiries are handled professionally and efficiently;
Attend to walk-in customers at reception;
Log job cards into SAP;
Where possible convert telephone enquiries (prospects) to confirmed business.

Minimum High School graduate with PC knowledge;
Previous experience working in a customer service environment;
Bilingual Arabic and English;
Willing to learn and cooperate with other team members;
Can work under pressure.
