Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

Under general supervision, the Customer Service Rep is responsible for assisting the MEA sales team with all the sales admin work related primarily to project business. Projects generally involve Tender processes, Multiple MTW units/brands, Defined time lines, Multiple decision influencers and stakeholders, not necessarily within the same organisation, Foodservice Consultants.

The areas of responsibility include project identification, specification review, identification of MTW products substitutes if not specified, preparation of quotations, project schedules, coordination with customers, German Hub, factories and all stakeholders, progress shipment and billing, follow up of order processing, close-out documentation, post delivery support up to complete handover.

Requirements

- Associate Degree or equivalent
- Sales/Marketing Experience
- 2-4 years experience in sales/ marketing/ customer service
- Excellent knowledge of Kitchen Equipment products and application
- Good in economical, commercial and market analysis, capable to manage companies data
- Computer-literacy on standard "Office" products (Word / Excel / Powerpoint / Outlook) and MS Project preferred.
- Communication skills and telephone skills, Customer-oriented thinking
- Commercial education or appropriate professional experience.
- Strong interest in technical and product application. Must be able to answer technical product inquiries.
- Basic ability to read and understand architectural drawings.
- Must be able to function with considerable independence, with minimal supervision and guidance, but as part of a large organization.
- Must have excellent oral and communication skills, along with excellent telephone sales ability to respond to customer at all levels in the organization in a calm, professional, and courteous manner.
- Computer-literacy on standard "Office" products (Word / Excel / Powerpoint / Outlook) and MS Project preferred.s
- High integrity, "can-do" attitude, entrepreneurial drive, hands-on approach.

Language skills:
- Fluent (written & spoken) in English and Arabic; German or French would be a plus.
