Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

Our client, a government entity is urgently looking for a Customer Service Representative who will be based in their head office in Abu Dhabi. For this role, you will be expected to provide excellent customer service to all individuals visiting their facility. This role will be in shifting schedule, with three shifts (from 8AM to 10PM) working 8hour a day and 5 times in a week.

Requirements

To be considered, you must be a degree holder with excellent customer service experience coupled with strong background in using Microsoft office application. Fluency in English is highly required. If you are meeting the requirements, please submit your application now!
