Job description / Role
Our Client is looking for a Customer Service Representative that can conduct the following:
1. Submit clients’ requests and waiting list report in a weekly basis.
2. Preparing official letters and leasing offers in coordination with real estate supervisor & leasing administrator.
3. Preparing Commercial Contracts.
4. Preparing contracts register list.
5. Preparing Flats/Shops renewal notice letters.
6. Preparing new contract requirements including all related leasing sheets; as well as, collecting tenants Emirates ID, Passport Copy, and Residence Visa.
7. Fulfilling new contract forms by tenants except preparing the contract during the real estate supervisor & leasing administrator out of office duties.
8. Arrange strategic plans related to the development of renting commercial properties through guidance of the leasing supervisor.
9. Following up tenants requests in terms of reduction of rental amount, breaking the lease, or renewing for less than the given contract period.
Requirements
Candidates with Real Estate experience and the following may apply:
1. Perform regular office photocopying & scanning requirements.
2. Handling all customers’ inquiries via telephone calls, e-mails, and face to face dealings.
3. Maintaining the general filing system on track.
4. Arrange appointments and clients visits in the office.
5. Managing all correspondences between Al Ain & Abu Dhabi branches.
