Job description / Role
Job Overview
Interface between the Company and customers including the company Sales for all sales related matters. Execute all customer service processes and procedures.
Main Responsibilities
Process customers orders and Sales call-off requests in the ERP system.
Execute the following operations: order receipt, customers and sales communications, order processing, and order confirmation process.
Execute all the procedures and tasks under the process Sales Orders Processing Ship & Bill.
Execute the processes Essential Data Items for Orders Placement and Lead-time Guidelines
Stays abreast of all export regulatory requirements.
Assists customer personnel, sales, marketing and purchasing to resolve supply issues, including direct dialogue with the customer.
Fosters a culture of continuous improvement within the CS, actively seeks improvement opportunities, develop and implement solutions.
Participate in developing, reviewing and updating as necessary all procedures relevant to CS.
Participate in investigations to ensure timely corrective action measures are taken and preventive actions are planned.
Makes customer calls, public appearances and hosts customer visits and audits in support of sales and marketing.
Execute rush orders requests with customers/sales by proactively aligning with supply chain resources.
Performs other duties as mutually agreed with CS Supervisor.
Requirements
Qualifications / Requirements
Diploma (or equivalent).
Min 3-5 years proven experience in customer service.
Fluent in English
Excellent communication written and verbal
Excellent team player
