The RoleThe RoleIn this role you are responsible to process all calls (inbound and outbound) from customers in an efficient and professional manner. This includes answering questions on products and applications, pricing, quotations as well as the delivery status. Additionally you will be responsible to achieve sales objectives by generating orders and utilizing a consultative selling approach to solve customer problems and requirements. |
RequirementsRequirementsThis role is ideal for candidates that have had a minimum of 1 to 2 years of customer service experience. Ideally you hold a university degree or a recognized diploma. Excellent English skills are a must. We only consider candidates that are based in Qatar. |
