Employment: Full Time

Looking for Customer Service Representative for a leading multinational client in Dubai.

Candidate with multinational company experience are preferred.

- Professionally handle incoming requests from customers via phone, email, fax, and walk-ins to ensure that issues are resolved both promptly and accurately
- Experience with Data Analyzing
- Answering the questions of customers regarding the products or services and its operation or maintenance.
- Learn and apply company procedures, product knowledge and services
- Process customer Repairs & Sales orders promptly and accurately, including EDI, entry, follow up, Invoicing and documentation
- Handling and resolving customers complaints
- Quantify the customer’s inquiry, including gather customer information, assess and fulfill customer needs and requests, update customer database, etc.
-Gather required information to assist in metrics reporting
- Educate customer on product lines & specifications
- Complete necessary documentation
- Support customer service team members, as needed
- Monitor and report on use of company resources, as required
- Adhere to required health and safety regulations and practices
- Carry out other duties, responsibilities, and projects as may be assigned, in an effective manner

- Calmness under pressure and maintain records in timely and accurate mode.
- Good decision-making, communication, and IT skills.
- Ability to encourage and motivate people with responsible attitude.
- Interest in helping and working with customers.
- Should have sound practical judgment of priorities.
- Familiar with Microsoft office suite, Expert in Excel
- Familiar with ERP’s

Language:
- English: Fluent Speaking, Reading & Writing
- French: Will be an added Value
