Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

This role is responsible for processing customer purchase orders, delivery (including logistics) & invoicing. Coordinate with sales team, freight forwarders, finance and material planners to keep customers satisfied. Generate periodic reports and communicate to stake holders.

Main Responsibilities
- The prime interface with Nalco Gulf customers in issues related to Customer Service and Logistics operation.
- Manage the following operations within the Customer Service Department: Order Receipt, customer communication, order processing, order scheduling and fulfilment, inspection, export document preparation, invoicing.
- Handling L/C shipments.
- Arranging and following up on permits for controlled products.
- Maintain highest Ethical and Environmental, Health & Safety standards.
- Stay abreast of all import and export regulatory requirements.
- Assists customer personnel, sales, marketing and purchasing to resolve supply chain issues. Includes direct dialogue with the customer.
- Make sure that all sales offers and contracts are adequately reviewed prior to commitment to ensure that these lie within Nalco Gulf capabilities.
- Make sure that all sales and Customer Service Logistics reporting is done on time.
- Direct the on time production of key measurement report to track and measure the effectiveness of the department operations.
- Make sure that all transactions are adequately and timely recorded so as financial results mirror the operation.
- Make sure that the product sold meet Nalco Export Procedure.
- Initiating the programs in Customer Service Logistics and warehouse Operations for Continuous improvement.
- Solely handling complete Sanction business for Nalco Gulf, maintaining all sanction rules and regulations.
- Responsible for production planning & coordination with EMOCHEM under Nalco UK entity (SAP plant 4201)

Requirements

- Degree/Diploma holder in any discipline
- Minimum 5 years of experience in customer service/sales team.
- Must have excellent English language skills, written and verbal.
- Must be a good team player
- Must have excellent communication skills
- Must have a positive attitude to work
