Metlife is one of the leading providers of Global Medical & Life Insurance to both Individuals & Corporate organisations.

Our busy customer contact center is now looking to recruit experienced in-bound call center specialists to work in our dedicated department based in DAFZA (Dubai Airport Free Zone) on an on-going contract basis.

Requirements

Previous call center or customer service experience is required along with highly developed communication skills. The ability to write in English is essential along with a good level of computer literacy. Fluency in Hindi or Tagalog is also required. Candidates must be immediate and available to start the on-boarding process.
