Requirements
We're always looking for the best talent - whether you are manager of customer service teams or in the front line of service, or even a graduate starting out, we want to hear from you too.
- Provide professional and confidential administrative support to the Chairman
- Coordinate and manage business travel, conference and meeting bookings and accommodation
- Dealing with incoming email, faxes and post
- Manage calendar and meeting schedules, using prioritization skills
- Maintain availability according to Chairman's schedule and parallels working hours and efforts
- Prioritize tasks and deal with important matters in a timely manner, being accountable and responsible for completing tasks
