Customer Service Supervisor

Job description / Role

Key Tasks:

1. To make staff evaluation first of every month
2. To do the monthly inventory of all the warehouses
3. Staff overtime forms to be completed on a monthly basis
4. Customer complaints records to be kept and at the end of each month to contact all the customers and confirm their satisfaction
5. Monthly inspection of all the counters and note down the needs
6. Staff leaves to be scheduled and updated each month
7. Continually update staff and remind on:
- Handling customer complaints procedure
- Advise of a new shops opening in the mall
- Upcoming events and activities in the mall
- Importance of communication with the other departments
8. Staff responsibilities records to be kept by each supervisor
9. Monthly report for merchandise and GC to be given to the coordinator Dimensions

Requirements

1. MUST have hotel background as reception managers, assistant front office manager or guest relations managers.
2. Management skills.
3. Problem solving skills.
4. Flexibility to work in shifts.
5. Bi-lingual (English and another language relevant to customer base)
6. Good, positive attitude and excellent people skills
7. Well groomed, professional and presentable
8. Patience and good ability to handle high pressure situations
9. Good organizational skills, punctual and hard working
10. Computer literate
11. Good sales and accounting/cash handling/POS type skills
12. Strong organizational skills
