Job description / Role
Al-Futtaim is regarded as a pioneer in the Gulf region's Automotive industry and encompasses every aspect of the Automotive business; from passenger and commercial vehicles and construction equipment sales and service, to used car sales and rental and leasing.

We are currently looking to recruit highly enthusiastic Customer Service professionals across the UAE to ensure customers are dealt with in a pleasant, professional and efficient manner providing best in class customer service and products. Ensured high level of customer satisfaction and enhance the brand image to meet and exceed set standards.
Requirements
The ideal candidate should have experience within an automotive, hospitality, retail, BPO, logistics or banking industry, particularly holding experience in customer service roles either in a face to face or contact centre capacity.
The candidate should have the following skills, experience, knowledge and qualifications:
* A university degree/High School or Business Admin
* Ability to work well as a team with 100% customer focus
* You should be Customer Service oriented with good analytical skills and have the ability to demonstrate a positive, enthusiastic and friendly attitude.
* Must be fluent in written and spoken English
* Minimum 2 years experience within a customer service role
* You must be proficient in using MS Office - especially MS Excel
* Excellent organization and time management skills
* Knowledge of SAP would be advantageous
* Knowledge of an additional language such as Arabic/Tagalog/Urdu/Hindi will be an added asset
