Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

- Preparation of Proforma Invoice
- Printing and sending invoices to customers
- Encoding claim details in CMS - CSR to provide all information
- Discount Model requests and follow-up with Finance
- Encoding in M3 - no allocation
- Checking with WH team (ABU + UAE) for pending trailers and advising CSRs to check with the customers - twice a day
- Coordination with WH team for DN copies if not yet received
- Attending to calls if all are occupied (taking messages and relaying it to the concerned CSRs)
- Update invoice summary
- Copying and filing including labeling of box files and sequencing of filing cabinet
- Follow-up of updated Certificate of Origin file from ABU WH team to confirm border docs are received before trailers arrive
- Provide copies of old invoices or DNs when required by Finance or Customer - to be taken from hard-copy files
- Fill-out Airway bill receipts - CSR to provide complete courier address details

OFFER: AED 3500/ month

Requirements

- On husband or Father visa sponsorship
- Knowledge in MS Office
- College graduate
- With background in Customer Service or in Sales
