Salary: 8,000 plus benefits
Our client is a well-known Multi National logistics and freight forwarding company based in Dubai and works across all industries. Due to their expanding portfolio of clients they are seeking a Fluent English and Chinese speaking Customer Services Professional to take care of some of the key accounts.
Reporting to the Team Leader, your customer services and organisation skills will shine through as you provide timely and supportive service in tracking their shipments and advising them of any challenges that the movements may face.
Working with all departments you will also facilitate communication to operations if there is a delay or additional charges required due to delays or other reason and be the first point of escalation.
This is a busy environment where your organisation skills are essential, you will be proactive and energetic and like to solve problems quickly.
Job Responsibilities:
Customer Services Support for all Shipments.
Entry and system updates on shipments.
Managing escalated issues and feeding back to the customer.
Providing ETA and ETD for shipments.
Support in collection of all shipping documentation required.
Advise on products/services and shipment restrictions.
Passing on customs knowledge.
Requirements
Requirements
1-2 years experience in a Logistics for Freight Forwarding company.
English and Chinese Speaking Essential.
Shipping documentation and Customs knowledge.
