Job description / Role
Charterhouse is working with a world renowned manufacturer. Our client is a household name and due to new contracts that have been confirmed for 2015 is looking to hire a Customer Services Manager.
You will be responsible for 4 key business units and their smooth running to include technical, operations, customer care and after sales service. You will have strong leadership skills and the drive to continue to improve development and efficiency.
Requirements
The successful candidate should be Degree educated and have at least 10 years' experience working within a similar role. You should have a strong background dealing with compliance and technical regulations as well as have excellent shipping knowledge. It is essential you are bilingual (Arabic / English) and have previous experience dealing with various factories across Europe, the Middle East and Asia.
