The RoleThe RoleThe role of Customer Service Manager is to oversee the contact center and work closely with CS Director in all aspects of the companies customer service policies, objectives, and initiatives in order to provide value added service and first class customer and technical product support. • Provide strategic directions on operational issues as well as monitor daily work procedures and productivity and assist in escalated problem resolution. • Work closely with Director CS in developing effective customer service processes and systems for efficient administration of the companies Marketplace and quick resolution of customer issues. • Oversee the Contact Center in providing customer support as per acceptable service levels. • Oversee Service Center in centralizing and standardizing the companies services to customers. |
RequirementsRequirementsFEMALE ARABIC SPEAKING CANDIDATES ONLY Experience: • A minimum of 5 years with progressive management experience client relationship • Minimum of two years' experience in the Middle East/SA Skills: • Excellent communication skills • Attentive listening skills • Resolving conflict skills • Strong interpersonal, communication, organization and follow-through skills. • Deep understanding of global E-commerce practices • Spoken Arabic desirable. Competencies: • Excellent verbal and written communication. • Strong knowledge of the product and service. • Ability to manage crisis and conflict. • Ability to develop and sustain good working relationships and network. • Good leadership acumen with ability to influence, persuade and motivate at all levels. • Good planning and organizing ability. |
