Charterhouse is working with a highly prestigious, luxury brand that is instantly recognisable worldwide. Our client has a newly created position for a trilingual Customer Specialist based in their Dubai office.
This is an excellent opportunity for a candidate who enjoys providing the highest customer service experience and treats their customers in a distinctive proactive manner. As a trilingual Customer Specialist (Arabic, French, English) you will be responsible for handling the full end-to-end process to include ensuring a timely delivery, liaising with importers and handling customer complaints quickly and efficiently.
You will also be responsible for the implementation of a customer complaint process and define reaction times ensuring that all documentation is properly completed and filed. In addition, you will also suggest and coordinate the approval of after-sales goodwill gestures and budgets, aiming to go the extra mile when dealing with customers.
Requirements
The successful candidate should be Degree educated and have a proven track record of working for a high-end brand delivering a world class customer service experience. You should be able to deal with VIP customers appropriately and be innovative with new ideas on how to continually improve service. It is essential you are fluent in Arabic, French and English. Due to the location of this role, it is imperative you have your own transport.
