Employment: Full Time

Customer Support Engineer - Enterprise IT - Doha, Qatar

As part of the infrastructure and operations team you will be responsible for providing efficient and cost effective hardware and software support for all AFG group companies outside of the UAE, in coordination with the local country IT team or departments with a view to meet all Service level agreements for hardware availability with minimal disruption.

You will resolve any complaints within a timely manner and handle any problems through to resolution. This may involve performing system testing and providing technical support / upgrades to meet the requirements of the business.

Requirements

Ideally you will have 6 years technical experience, within the maintenance of hardware and software preferred. A Degree or Diploma in Electronics / Computer Science/ Information Technology would be an advantage. A strong background on client computing technologies covering the area Desktops/Laptops and mobile computing is a bonus.

You should have excellent communication skills whilst being customer focused. A good attention to detail is required.
