Job description / Role
Al Futtaim Electronics as one of the largest business houses in the Gulf is the sole distributor for many brands such as Toshiba, Aftron, Sanyo in Gulf region. Some of the products range from state-of-the-art notebook computers, mobile ,digital copiers, fax machines, consumer electronics and consumer durables including projections TVs, DVD players and home appliances.
As customer support executive you will be responsible for:
* Understanding and being sensitive to the needs of the diverse customers.
* Contacting customers to determine customer satisfaction in quality service.
* Issuing cash refunds to customers against valid sales invoices.
* Ensuring that all refunds are documented and are in compliance with the refund policy.
* Co-ordinating with suppliers for prompt delivery of product repairs and follow up with service centres.
* Ensuring that repaired products are returned to the customer within a specified time period.
* Protecting and securing company assets while dealing with customer refunds and exchange
* Maintaining 100% accuracy on the security.
Requirements
* Graduate degree in Business Administration
* 2-3 years' experience in customer service functions in a retail environment.
* Customer service orientation; good communication skills and interpersonal skills.
