This requirement is for our Parts Division, based in Dubai.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

* Attend to enquiries received from international customers through e-mail, understand their requirements, identify part numbers from the catalogues and provide quotations.
* Advise the customers on proper identification of parts and answer their queries on technical issues.
* Process quotations, sales orders, sales returns, warranties as per the standard operating procedure.
* Follow-up back-orders. Provide the customers timely information on the status of back-ordered parts and ensure that parts are delivered to the customer on the promised date by following up with the logistics service providers.

Requirements

To apply for this role you should have the following skills, experiences and qualifications:

* Applicant should have a minimum of 5 years experience in spare parts operations, at an automotive parts sales counter or order office.
* Knowledge of logistics and customs procedures is an advantage.
* The applicant should hold a university degree or diploma.
* Communication: Excellent communication skills in English, verbal and written, are a prerequisite for this job.
* PC applications. Knowledge of MS word and MS Excel is essential. Knowledge of ERP system is preferred
* Relationship building: Needs to have the ability to build and maintain friendly, warm relationships with customers.
