Employment: Full Time

This position will provide company representation and customer support in the Qatar, Doha for CAS Material Services. The qualified person will represent Boeing Material Services CAS in the area of customer support and Part Sales to strategic airline customers in Qatar and the surrounding regions. The position will be based in Doha and will support key Airline Accounts like Qatar Airways and other accounts in the region.

Your key responsibilities will be:
- Candidate will respond to customer inquiries and provides information regarding Boeing products, services, processes and operations.
- Initiates, maintains and advances customer relationships.
- Researches, reviews and analyzes information of customer maintenance operations, provisioning spare parts requirements, competitors' products and services, and supply chain topics.
- Interfaces with customers and internal Boeing resources.
- Drafts or provides part package proposals and transactional part sales offers.
- Initiate efforts to request and respond to part level consumption data from Airline customers in order to identify opportunities to gain market share.
- Respond to customer and track results.
- Respond to high level and complex issue resolution and interact with Airline and Boeing executive teams.
- Will be held accountable to Sales target in the region.

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree and typically 10 or more years' related work experience, a Master's degree and typically 8 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

This requisition is for an international, locally hired position in Doha, Qatar. Benefits and pay are determined at the local level and are not part of Boeing U.S.-based payroll, and will commensurate with experience and qualifications and in accordance with applicable Qatari law. Employment is subject to the candidate s ability to satisfy all Qatari labor and immigration formalities.
