Job description / Role
Objective: Accurately process customs entries for inbound shipments on Dubai customs portal (E-Mirsal II)
Main responsibilities : Submit declarations online
Summarize invoices by HS Codes
Reporting to : Air Import Manager
Other interactions : Customs Brokerage Team
Number required : 2
Duration : Permanent Position
Desired start date : Immediate
Probation : 3 months
Working hours : Sun-Thu 8am-5pm
Requirements
Experienced with E-Mirsal II, knowledge of Customs clearing procedures.
Specialist knowledge : Excellent MS Excel skills.
Good typing speed.
Personality traits:
Attention to Detail and a sense of urgency.
