To provide full back-up support to these world-class franchises, AF Motors have an established network of showrooms and service & parts centres throughout the UAE.

Job Purpose:

To ensure a hundred percent collection of custom's exit/entry certificates and maintain accuracy in other related re-export financial works and administration.

Responsibilities:

• Follow-up of Receivables Exit/Entry certificates checking, verifying, updating 100% of the received docs. Submitting to the Marketing Department for Custom's submission.
• Monitoring Dubai & Abu Dhabi Customs Duty Rebate and ensuring a 100% accurate record to track pending rebate.
• Online printing of Dubai Custom's bill of entry and requesting Abu Dhabi Bill of entry true copies. To be securely retained until required.
• Checking Down Payment, Bank Transfers and verification of Invoice-Delivery and providing to finance for audit purposes.
• Checking Duty Deposit, Processing Duty Refunds & Forfeiture of  Deposit.
• Preparation of LC Documents and their on-time submission to the bank.
• Assisting re-export customers, answering telephone enquiries, providing information about vehicle specifications, Requesting  all types of office stationery, Supporting Sales team during peak hours

Requirements

To be selected for this role, you should have the following qualifications, skills and experience:

Minimum Qualifications and Knowledge: College degree holder
Minimum Experience: Eight years commercial experience with at least four years experience in re-export related work.
Job-Specific Skills: Knowledge of customs system, rules procedures, accounting knowledge, understand procedures of letter of credit. IT literate specifically Outlook / Office suite and SAP
Behavioural Competencies: Honest, Maintain Confidentiality, and Responsible for Job.
