CH2M HILL COBRA Administrator - Doha, Qatar

Program Description:
Qatar will be hosting the 2022 FIFA World Cup™ Football, becoming the first Middle East nation in history to stage this event. The associated construction programme will be part of a major country regeneration programme including the development of required infrastructure and non competitive venues.
CH2M Hill is the Programme Management Contractor (PMC) responsible for the management of competition precincts, training venues, associated common domain precincts, operations, post games works, as well as the coordination of the regeneration programme integration works, acting on behalf of the client.
As part of the Programme Management team CH2M Hill is looking to recruit a Dashboard Developer

Scope:
The Dashboard Developer is responsible for developing the existing Programme Dashboard Tools for the 2022 Fifa World Cup™ Programme Management Office. These tools comprise of Dundas Dashboards and Crystal Reports. The role will also focus on the further development of a reporting database and close working relationship with the Reporting Manager.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Installation, configuration and testing of Dashboard Tools
Development of Dashboard tools on mobile devices
Configuration of the export from P6, Cobra and ARM
Design, Installation and Configuration of Reporting Database (SQL DB)
Developing reports using Crystal report writer
Close working relationship with Reporting Manager and PMIS Tools Lead to ensure the correct amount of information is achieved to ensure effective Reporting and Dashboard operation.

Requirements


Requirements

Qualification and Experience:

Undergraduate degree in Engineering or Computer Science or Information Systems

Extensive knowledge in developing programme business intelligence and data visualisation technologies with specific experience in Dundas

Experience in installing and configuring SQL Databases

Hands-on experience in using reporting tools like Crystal reports

Detailed experience in programming using.Net programming language preferably C#

Familiar with Windows 2008 server, Internet Information Server (IIS) and other features

Experience working with SQL Databases including authoring SQL queries, views and stored procedures

Preferably has experience working on large-scale programmes.

Preferably has experience working within the Middle East.

Experience and proven track record is desired: formal qualifications can be varied
