The RoleThe RoleBased in Dubai, this leading Healthcare provider has an exciting opportunity for a highly experienced Data Analyst. The candidate will be actively involved in Healthcare data analytics, designing and implementing data quality enhancement processes. Responsibilities: Design and develop business specifications and functional requirements of healthcare data and integration systems to achieve corporate data integrity goals; Provide support to the design and development of corporate documentation of data standards and data usage governance within production data repositories; Provide support in the usage of healthcare data within the product portfolio, and provide subject matter support to product design and development initiatives; Define and refine data quality checks and data monitoring supporting the business rules and changes; and Define and refine data quality measure, reports and dashboards. The successful candidates can expect a competitive and attractive remuneration package depending on experience and grade of appointment. |
RequirementsRequirements Masters degree in Public Health, Healthcare Administration, Business, IT or similar field. Experience in a healthcare or health insurance setting required preferably with large databases of information. Experience developing, administering and analyzing surveys Project management and/or quality experience. Experience leading and/or participating on Lean-related events Experience writing SQL queries. |
