Job description / Role
We are looking to hire an experienced manager to run Nasma's Data Center, Site & Power Business Unit.
The BU Manager must have strategic vision for the opportunities within the market, leadership skills to lead all the commercial activities and the technical expertise to support the technical needs and drive the growth initiatives. This role has profit and loss accountability for the entire portfolio of products and services of the business unit. The Business Unit Manager must have solid market knowledge and insight into the competitive landscape in order to drive the strategic direction and set clear measurable and goals for a growing team. He should have a collaborative working relationship with a cross-functional team of peers in other business units, HSE, quality, finance, and logistics to meet the requirements for the business.
This role also requires the manager to have the ability to initiate, lead and drive Nasma values and principles to his team.
Requirements
The candidate must have B Sc in Electrical Engineering degree or equivalent, at least 10 years industry experience out of which at least 3 years in managerial role. Work experience in Oman is preferred and MBA will be an advantage.
