Employment: Full Time

Our client, a European data centre, computer room and other critical facilities consulting services firm and turnkey solutions provider , is looking to hire a Datacenter - Business Development professional.

The company's portfolio includes DC products, Engineering products services, professional services, commissioning and DC Software.

Responsibilities:
- Building and maintaining customer and partner relationships at senior management and CXO levels.
- Managing all operations within UAE.
- Responsibility for profit, revenue, cash and quality targets that will be initially shared with regional office.
- Deliver annual budgets and producing a detailed annual business operating plan monthly, quarterly or annual targets for revenue.
- A major part of the role of Sales Manager will be to maintain key relationship with existing customers on daily basis.
- Responsible for business development of new account.
- To recruit and manage staff, including performance monitoring, and possibly mentoring and training.

Requirements

- Must be educated to degree level or equivalent.
- MBA Degree is preferred.
- Minimum of 10 years experience in industry.
- Minimum of 5 years experience in the Middle East.
- Experience in selling DC products and solutions.
- Effective communication at all levels.
- Enthusiastic business leader.
