Data Entry Manager
Up to AED 25,000
Dubai, UAE

Our client is a very professional and well established Travel/Tourism company; who are looking to offer a fantastic opportunity to join their growing Dubai office.

Main area of responsibilities for the Data Entry Manager is to manage and guide the Data Entry department to ensure an effective quality control management system at all times with the objective of providing an error free supply to the companys distribution. Also improve, maintain and discipline related standard operational procedures.

Team Management:
Manage, support and motivate the Data Entry team.
Ensure the Companys performance management process is followed and implemented within the Data Entry team by setting up yearly Objectives to your direct report and your team, by doing regular performance reviews and by working closely with the concerned management and HR on any changes required.
Ensure optimum staffing, development and retention at all times to support the Companys growth.
Identify training needs of existing staff to support the Companys strategy and to ensure the yearly Objectives will be achieved.
Identify and support staff mentoring needs ensuring the support is given in a timely manner and effective in the final results.
Review the succession plan for all critical roles within the team on a quarterly basis.
Ensure all staff adheres to the Companys current policies and procedures.

Commercial Business Management:
Ensure all contracts and product information are effectively, efficiently, accurately and professionally loaded into the system, in compliance with the Company operating procedures
Develop further, continuously improve and oversee the management of correct supplier data mapping working closely with I.T. on sourcing product data feeds, assess and assign adequate resources and ultimately ensure data mapping accuracy
Work closely with operations, sales and finance departments to ensure effective selling, efficient operations as well as to anticipate and resolve any potential issues.

Requirements

Criteria;
8 to 10 years experience in the travel industry Essential
Management experience managing a medium size team
Contract Management experience Ideal not essential
BA in tourism or travel related
2-3 years experience in managing a team in a multicultural environment
Excellent English skills
Must currently reside in the UAE
