Job description / Role
Responsible for administrating and performing continuous improvement of the maintenance business processes especially in CMMS through a range of professional analysis techniques. Processes include people, process, technology and information. The Job holder will analyse existing processes, facilitate design and re-engineering workshops, identifies process improvements and supports change management including the maintenance documentation.
• Active role in master data management and governance. This involves the definition and execution of processes and rules for master data creation/maintenance and the monitoring of data governance policies and procedures .Investigating and analysing business functions, processes, information flows and data structures, using methodical and consistent techniques.
• Investigating operational requirements and problems, seeking effective business solutions through improvements in information processes /procedures, organisation, systems, data management, and equipment.
• Develop a set of actionable and targeted change management plans – including communication plan, sponsor roadmap, coaching plan, training plan and resistance management plan.
• Create and manage measurement systems to track adoption, utilization of changes.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or other engineering discipline or science or equivalent
Minimum of 5 years experience preferably in oil and gas sector. Ability of performing quantitative data analysis for different oil & gas processes like: production (operation & maintenance), material purchasing, inventory, etc.
Computer literate. Strong knowledge in SAP / CMMS and working knowledge of MS office packages including Excel and Access is important. SAP certified personnel are preferable.
Knowledge and experience about different types of databases such as MS –SQL, MySQL and Database design structure is desirable for this job.
Outstanding time management and self management skills including a flexible, pro-active approach and the ability to work under pressure, managing and resolving priorities
