A specialised Customer Service Agency is currently looking to recruit a Data Manager.

Data Manager Job Description
The data manager will be responsible to implement, manage and operate all data management oriented processes. This includes implementing data cleaning processes, data transformation processes and archiving processes. He will be responsible to make sure that the above mentioned processes are implemented based on the latest technology standards and data security standards.
Works as backup for Information Systems Manager

Data System Management
Implement and operate all data processes with MS SQL Server, MS Excel and call center systems
?
Maintains close working relationship with software / hardware vendors
?
All data are stored correctly according to highest quality standards
?
Responsibility for data security and integrity
?
Technical support to other team members
?
Keep clean and up to date documentation as per ISO 9001:2008 standards
?
Managing secure network access for remote users

Requirements

Requirement/Skills:
?
Excellent skills in Microsoft Excel including sophisticated macro programming
?
Experience and knowledge in database management and programming using MS SQL Server
?
Knowledge and experience in SQL programming
?
University Degree
?
Background in data-related disciplines such as: data analysis, data modeling, data governance, data lifecycle, data integration, database management systems, data architecture / administration, data warehousing, business intelligence
?
Online reporting experience is a plus
?
Excellent verbal and written communication skills using MSOffice, including Visio
