Database Marketing Analyst

Job description / Role

International Software Company is currently recruiting a Database Marketing Analyst located either in the Beirut, Johannesburg, and Istanbul offices. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing Database marketing support to Marketing departments across list development, lead management, list brokering, analysis and reporting.

Job Description:
- Provides marketing campaign support for database development, list segmentation, lead nurturing, lead management, and reporting.
- Build campaign logic to support complex list segmentation projects.
- Developing integrated Data strategies for optimizing database marketing efforts.
- Supporting Data analysis based projects such as customer segmentation, attrition modelling, and customer lifetime value.
- Provides consultation on various campaign design and implementation strategies
- Contributes to the efforts of building and maintaining a comprehensive reporting and tracking strategy.

Requirements

- Bachelors degree, preferably in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, or quantitative field.
- Fluent in Arabic and French.
- Five years of experience in an industry, market, technology or business initiative related to marketing or sales/ customer support.
- Experience in systems related to database marketing, such as the mail system, Orion, GIDB.
- Direct or Database marketing experience in a business to business environment.
