The RoleThe Role„« Interact with the client Hiring Managers to obtain job requirements, understand the requirements, and write job descriptions and to ensure that job descriptions are aligned to job requirements. Process resumes according to these specifications. „« Recruitment of manpower for middle and upper management based on the requirement through internal database, referrals, advertisements, job portals and other sources. „« Initial screening of the candidates by telecom or conduct a face to face discussion with to understand their subject knowledge, relevant experience, communication skills, personality profile, attitude and ability to perform the job efficiently. Also, ensure that the candidate has potential to grow and explore new dimension of business. „« Briefing the candidates about the job profile, salary package, organization, etc and obtain their consent. „« Shortlisting the resumes based on the initial screening and ensure the quality of the resumes being sourced. „« Forwarding resumes to the clients for the final short listing and Follow ¡Vup for the feedback. „« Co-ordinate with clients and candidates to conduct interviews. „« Anchor clients; independently handle clients and client requirements. „« Maintain database of all resumes received through various sources. „« Attend to the queries by the candidates regarding the recruitment procedure. „« Conduct regular follow-ups. Responsible for post-offer negotiations with candidates and clients. „« Candidate should have experience in recruitment, portal sourcing, good communication skills, should be a team player and computer literate. |
